Dear Mam/Sir, I have graduated at St. Mary's College of San Juan taken the Bachelor's Degree of Nursing on April 2008 but failed to secure the copy of my Transcript of Records and Diploma. Been working abroad for a long time and tried to visit my old school to get the said documents, unfortunately, my school, St. Mary's College of San Juan school was closed for quite a long time according to my batchmates. I would like to request for the copy of my Transcript of Records and Diploma. I will appreciate your response.
