Good day! I would like to request Transcript of Record or any Proof of Education from Roxas College Roxas Oriental Mindoro, but sad to say the said Institute is closed years ago and not operate anymore. And also a certification that my previous School which is the Roxas College is closed. Thank you and hoping to hear from you soon.
