HI I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST MY ALS DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPT OF RECORD. MY DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPTS ACCIDENTALY LOST. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET A COPY OF MY DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS. IM FROM ALS GLOBAL BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH PHASE 2 HOUSING TAGUIG CITY BARANGAY PINAGSAMA. I TAKE EXAM IN SIGNAL VILLAGE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. I AM ALS PASSER 2012. Please i need it as soon as possible.
