Good day! We are 4th Year BS Civil Engineering Students of BatStateU-TNEU currently working on our capstone paper as a requirement in CE Design Project 2. We are interested in using Visual Condition Index in assessing the condition of pavement for our study. According to DPWH DO_120_S2019, RBIA District Coordinators are required to complete training course before proceeding on the RoCond Assessment. May we ask about the date of the said training for Batangas 2nd DEO? Also, it is possible for us to join in the training as this will help us improve the reliability of our study? Thank you!
January 23, 2023 Dear Ms. Marione Jill Hernandez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 19, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Training/Refresher Course for RBIA District Coordinators. Response to your request “With regard to this, as per Engr. Anna Carmina Lacsina, Engineer III, Statistics Division under RBIA Section, the trainings offered to the District Offices are for the technical personnel who are involved in RBIA activities only.
