Good Day! I am Josh Patrick T. Cua an architecture student of University of Santo Tomas under the College of Architecture, and currently conducting research for my undergraduate thesis in the subject of Architectural Design 9. My project is entitled NAYONG BINONDO: A Center for Filipino-Chinese Culture and Community Engagement. Nayong Binondo is a proposed private owned facility dedicated to preserve, develop and promote cultural exchange between the Filipino and Chinese community. The documents requested will be essential in the legal framework and feasibility studies of the project.
