Good day!

I would like to request the following data set for a research project:

1.) Data set on Vehicular Traffic States (Count or Flow, Speed, Density) in Metro Cebu and Metro Manila (i.e., aggregated hourly, daily, monthly, and annually) in the years 1996-2019. 

2.) Data set on Traffic Accidents from the year 1996-2019 (i.e., Metro Cebu and Metro Manila).
