I would like to request the ff. data on traffic accidents: 1. location / st. address and city 2. type of accident 3. date and time 4.# of casualties 5. # of vehicles involved 6. severity of accident (was the persons involved dead/hospitalized?) 7. weather conditions (presence of rain/flood during the accident?)

May 15, 2018 Dear Laurice Delos Santos, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 11, 2018 04:57:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Traffic accident reports in Metro Manila. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed copies of some of the information you requested. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as these are the only available data from our Road Safety Unit as of the moment.
