Sir,
Thank you for your immediate response. I kept on trying to edit my account settings but it won't push through.
uploading my Driver's License won't seem to get through too.
is there anything or any alternative on how I can do this? or is this just about system error that I should wait for a day?

You asked for TRAD AND VUL LICENSE.
Response to Request
In relation to your request, please be informed that according to the records of this Commission, you has no active licenses as an insurance agent and thus, cannot be issued a Certification of Agent’s License.
Please be advised that you may request for a Certification of Examination by submitting a formal request letter addressed to the Licensing Division indicating examination details such as date (mm/dd/yyyy), place, and the type of examination taken, and to pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) for certification of examination result or Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) for the certified true copy of examination result should the examination was taken through the Online Agent’s Computerized Examination (Online ACE).
Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission.
Moreover, please be reminded of the following: 1) Setting of appointment thru the IC Appointment System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) Office hours of the Commission is from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. only, and 3) Cut off time of our Cashier Section is until 2:00 P.M. only.
