Good day! Please, can I request to track my friend's lost phone that was stolen and sold to an unknown people here in our place? I am Dustin Casillan, and my friend's phone is a Samsung galaxy phone. This happened a week ago, in Baseco Compound, Tondo Manila. We are trying to call the phone but the service said that it was unavailable. The unknown user is still accessing the messenger account of the owner and we are afraid that it might use personal information of the owner to illegal purposes. Can you please track the phone using it's number 09512198241 (TNT) to locate my friend's phone.

Your Request: You asked for Tracking stolen phone. Response to Request: Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost phone. In reference to the above request, may we refer you to file a request for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. You may file it at Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road East Triangle Diliman Quezon City, . Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM or call at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722 for further information. The following are the requirements: 1. Duly accomplished Request for Blocking Form 2. Proof of Ownership, ANY of the following: 2.1 Copy of Official Receipt of the mobile phone 2.2 Box of the mobile phone with International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) 2.3 Copy of duly notarized Affidavit of Loss Note: The Affidavit of Lost must indicate the IMEI of the mobile phone and/or the SIM to be blocked. 3. Copy of valid Identification 3.1 Any government-issued ID or Passport 3.2 For students, school ID 3.3 For cases when ID is not available, Birth Certificate OR NBI Clearance Supporting Documents for Representative(s) 1.
