Good Morning! I'd like to ask if you can track the following plate number / model ACM 7171 Red Mitsubishi Montero. My friend got scammed ( budol budol ) yesterday around 2 - 5 pm. He was not able to take a photo of the suspect as she was very protective of her face but my friend managed to get a picture of the car they used along with its plate number.
