Hi, Good day! Can I request to track a lost phone that was maliciously taken after it fell in the tricycle en route home. I am Raine A. Toledo, who owns the phone unit OPPO A9 2020. This happened last February 8, 2020 in the afternoon at BF Resort Las Pinas. After exhausting all night calling my phone with no answer, the other day it was turned until now. Can you please track my phone using my phone number (Globe) 09663490692 or my IMEI number 860028047393806 to locate my phone as we have reported it to the police already and they are willing to help once the location is made.

February 10, 2020 Dear Raine Toledo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated February 11, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request: You asked for Tracking of Lost and Stolen Phone. Response to Request: Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost phone. In reference to the above request , may we refer you to file a request for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. You may file it at Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road East Triangle Diliman Quezon City, . Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM or call at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722 for further information. The following are the requirements: 1. Duly accomplished Request for Blocking Form 2. Proof of Ownership, ANY of the following: 2.1 Copy of Official Receipt of the mobile phone 2.2 Box of the mobile phone with International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) 2.3 Copy of duly notarized Affidavit of Loss Note: The Affidavit of Lost must indicate the IMEI of the mobile phone and/or the SIM to be blocked. 3. Copy of valid Identification 3.1 Any government-issued ID or Passport 3.2 For students, school ID 3.3 For cases when ID is not available, Birth Certificate OR NBI Clearance Supporting Documents for Representative(s) 1. Authorization letter duly signed by the applicant and valid ID of the authorized representative.
