Good morning...
May I ask help on tracking and recovering my lost samsong J5 prime.

It is the phone of my mother that was left to me when she died and I used it during online classes.
It contains several important Files including student monitoring during online classes.
The last location of the said Devise was Barangay Libasan, Nabunturan, Comval Province (Davao De Oro).
I communicated the NTC Davao but they told me that it's the NBI can help me because of the privacy law they (NTC) is not authorize to track it.

All my hope is in the hand of NBI.

Pls help me.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to [email protected] Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
