Hi! I would like to request for the following data for my undergraduate thesis research: Applying Kinetic Responsive Architecture Design to a Five Star Hotel
1. Updated number of tourists arriving in Region III from Clark International Airport for a span of 3 years until current date. If possible, with data of checking in hotels.
2. Current state of tourism in Region III amidst the pandemic.
3. About the current state of tourists checking in hotels in Clark Freeport Zone or Clark.
4. The type of hotels tourists prefer.

It appears that your request (Items 2 & 3) requires an analysis or assessment which we are unable to provide. To enable us to properly address your query, kindly specify the quantitative data needed relative to your request (e.g. number of accredited accommodation establishments, number of tourist arrivals in a specific area over a certain period, demographic data of tourists). Also, we would like to clarify if you are referring to the Star Rating/Grading of hotels in Item 4 of your request.

I refer to my letter of Jun 02, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Tourists influx data in Region III. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 25, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
