You asked for the following tourism data:
1. Number of foreign and domestic tourists, and overseas Filipinos in Region III from 2018-2022;
2. Number of foreign and domestic tourists, and overseas Filipinos in Bataan from 2018-2022;
3. Number of foreign and domestic tourists, and overseas Filipinos in Pilar, Balanga, Abucay, and Bagac from 2018-2022;
4. Number of excursionists in Bataan from 2018 to 2022; and
5. Number of excursionists in Pilar, Balanga, Abucay, and Bagac from 2018 to 2022;
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
We have enclosed a copy of the following reports based on your request:
1. The report on the number of foreign and domestic tourists in Bataan and Region 3 from 2021 to 2022;
2. The report on the number of same-day visitors in Bataan for 2019 and 2021. Upon coordination with DOT Region 3, for 2020, no recorded arrivals even on day tours due to the pandemic.
For the number of foreign and domestic tourists, and overseas Filipinos in Pilar, Balanga, Abucay, and Bagac for 2022:

2. Bagac - Domestic (only) = 81,731
3. Balanga:

4. Pilar - No data

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as these are the only available data provided by the DOT Region 3.

Your right to request a review
