Item 1 of, number of foreign tourist arrivals for the past 5 years, pertains to the national/nationwide figure, but it would be highly beneficial if data can be found specific to Region IV-A and infanta as well. The purpose of this data is to see if there is growth at the national level, regional level, and at the level of Infanta Quezon, for at least the past 5 years.
Item 2 and 3 also refer to BOTH domestic and foreign tourists. We want to get an understanding of the share Infanta Quezon and the Region has from the total national figures, that's why I was asking. It would also be very helpful if the data would segregate between foreign and domestic, as it would help us make decisions on our operations and goals, bearing in mind the makeup of the existing market. For illustration, this is what we are looking for, for a single year's breakdown:
Year 2015
National Tourist Count: 10 Million (total of all tourists both foreign and national)
Domestic: 2 Million
Foreign : 8 Million
Tourist count in Region IV-A: 5 Million
Domestic: 3 Million
Foreign: 2 Million
Infanta Quezon: 1 Million
Domestic: 500,000
Foreign: 500,000
If additional data regarding the demographics (age/sex/purpose of travel) of these tourists are available in the pertinent regions/locations, that would be immensely instrumental and greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for your swift reply, and have a good day!
