We would like to regret that we were not able to respond to your above request mainly due to the unavailability of accounts in the eFOI Portal for the concerned divisions handling information you requested for their action. Please be informed that it was just last December 2020 that we were able to secure accounts to be able to respond to all request to the portal.
We are closing this request since it was already more than a year but in case you still need the information requested, please feel free to re-request it thru the portal so that we can act on it.

I refer to my letter of Mar 12, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Tourism Carrying Capacity of Protected Areas. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 04, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
