I refer to my letter of Mar 26, 2022 03:36:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Total numbers of elders who are abandoned, violenced and neglected.
This refers to your request for information on the above subject, however, the attached proof of Identification is no longer valid.
Per Section 9 of EO2 s. 2016 :
"(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned. The request shall state the name and contact information of the requesting party, provide valid proof of his identification or authorization, reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information.."

Response to your request
DSWD has limited information on the number elders who were abandoned, abused and neglected in residential care facilities run by DSWD. Thus, we shall partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
