Good day, I am currently a 5th year architecture student of Tarlac State University currently writing an architectural thesis about understanding the current support system that Tarlac and Pampanga have for visually impaired individuals. In line with this, I am kindly requesting for the data regarding the total number of organizations and visually impaired individuals in each city of aforementioned provinces.
