Hello!
We are a bona-fide students from Pangasinan State University - Asingan Campus. We are currently conducting a feasibility Study on the Hotel, Motel, Transient and Accommodation businesses as part of our curriculum.
Our propsed business name is Casa De La Creatividad, it is a 2-storey Airbnb house design that is located at Lingayen, Pangasinan. It can be rented as a home to stay in or as an event center to host special occasions. Our major potential clients or target markets are tourists that are not just from the province but also from other places.
We are requesting data for the total number of local and foreign tourist needed in our Chapter 5: Marketing Feasibility to be able to compute for the Historical & Projected Values of Lingayen.
