Dear JJWC, In line with my Master Thesis about the recidivism of Filipino CICL, I would like to request the following: 1. Total Number of recidivist CICL in the country. 2. Most cases offended by the CICL recidivist. I am planning to use this number to prove that the rate of recidivism in the country is high and that there is a need for better reintegration community-based programs for the discharged CICLs to avoid reoffense. I am hoping for your prompt and favorable response. With Thanks, Rafael Matthew Aspiras
