Greetings! I'm Mark Aljon E. Opeña, fourth-year Industrial Engineering student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines- Sto. Tomas Branch. The aim of this message is to respectfully request permission to collect data on private car owners, specifically the total numbers of private car owners per barangay in Calamba City, Laguna, from 2017 to 2022.
