Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Under Republic Act 10625 (the “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013”), the Philippine Statistics Authority is the government agency responsible for carrying out, enforcing and administering registration functions in the country as provided for in Act No. 3753, otherwise known as the Civil Registry Law.
