Greetings!
This is connection with my data request with ticket number #DepEd-379269618905.
I am Romiel John P. Basan, a PhD student of the University of the Philippines, Los Banos, Laguna. Currently, I am working on my dissertation titled “Economic and Spatio- temporal Analysis of Food and Nutrition Security in Mindanao, Philippines”. The main goal of this research is to craft location-specific policy initiatives for Mindanao’s food and nutrition security (FNS). Total Enrollment for Year from 2000-2020 for each province in Mindanao is one of the variables needed for my study. The data will be used as proxy for literacy level of each province of Mindanao. The study hypothesizes that food and nutrition security can be improved through education.
In view of the foregoing, I would like to request for the data on the annual total enrollment in elementary and secondary as well as junior and senior high school per province of Mindanao from 2000-2020. The analysis will be provincial level. Rest assured that the data will be used for academic purpose only.
I am hoping for your favorable consideration of this request. This will enable me to complete my dissertation work and finish my PhD degree on time.
