To whom it may concern,
I, Erika Mae Costales, a student of Mapua University would like to request for the total number of enrolled students in each public elementary school in Manila City. This information will be used for our research paper about minimizing the cost for allocation of modules for elementary students. Below is a summary of our abstract for our research paper:
As Filipinos battle with COVID-19, it is not an option for students to delay their learning. Distance modular learning is one of the options offered to students from kinder to college level, and a way for students to learn at home through this method is by the use of modules created by teachers which are similar to books. Printing hundred thousands of pages for the whole school year would be very costly, therefore by minimizing the printing cost using the transportation model and simplex method, the allocation for modules in all public elementary schools in Manila will be budgeted and allotment for other school expenditures.
