Hi! I'm an architecture student taking my thesis right now and one of my project is related to emergency hotline 911. I'd like to request for a total number of calls received from year 2016 up to date. If it's also possible, I'd like to request for the stats of emergency calls gathered ever since the 911 operation has begun. It's a big help for my project proposal on improving the National Emergency Office and National Call Center. Thank you and god bless.
