Hi! I would like to request the following details regarding implementation of the Institutionalization of Personal Safety lessons and what has been achieved since 2009:
1. Total Number of certified Personal Safety Lessons (PSL) trainers in the Philippines from 2010-2022
2. What specific lessons are being taught about PSL?
3. How is it integrated on Araling Panlipunan,HEKASI/ Sibika at Kultura? How often is it taught on these learning area?
4. Are the students being evaluated pre and post classes/ sessions of PSL?

I refer to my letter of Jul 10, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Total Number of certified Personal Safety Lesson trainers. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 02, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
