As a representative to the Future Earth Phils Workshop, we would like to be proactive and support government in it's call to roll out AmbisyonNatin2040. In light of this, we are preparing to teach people to make Annual Investment Plans in our municipality, especially in the light of the implementation of the Mandanas Ruling in 2022.
Can we request for the following information?
1) Total Funds Disbursed for San Miguel, Bulacan in 2020 with breakdown.
2) Projected IRA of San Miguel, Bulacan for 2021 and 2022 in light of the Bayanihan Act 1, 2 and 3 and Mandanas Ruling.

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Dec 26, 2020 11:22:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You are asking for the following information:
1. Total funds disbursed for San Miguel, Bulacan in 2020 with breakdown, and
2. Projected IRA of San Miguel, Bulacan for 2021 and 2022 in light of Bayanihan Act 1,2 and 3 and Mandanas Ruling
We would like to inform you that only the projected IRA of San Miguel, Bulacan for 2021 can be provided, which amounts to P 389,354,983.00.
The other requested information cannot be provided because:
o Information is not in the custody of the DBM particularly in the total disbursed fund for 2020.
o Information in the projected IRA for 2022 is not yet available.
You may verify the said amount in the Municipal Budget Office while the total disbursed funds of the Municipality is referred to the Municipal Accountant of San Miguel or the Provincial Capitol of Bulacan.
