Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested, as follows:
1. For 2016 to 2018 - Appropriations, Adjustments, Adjusted Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations and Disbursements by Department/Agency; and
2. For 2011 to 2015 - Allotments and Obligations by Department/Agency.

On the other hand, consolidated data for the years 2000-2010 are not available, but, you can get the actual appropriations and obligations by agency from the National Expenditure Program, which are available at the DBM library.
Our library is located at the Ground Flr., Bldg. I, Department of Budget and Management, General Solano St., San Miguel, Manila and open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days (Tel. no. 6573300 local 1103).
