I would like to request for the total amount of cash reward released to Customs informants or whistleblowers per year since the CMTA law was passed. Under the CMTA, signed into law on May 30, 2016, SEC.1512 states that 20% of revenue collected from smuggled or confiscated goods shall be given to customs and non-customs informers or whistleblowers, as approved by the DOF. I would also like info on what roles the recipients played (informant, whistleblower, etc), which year, which case (smuggled rice, cars, etc), how much revenue BOC collected from the case, and how much the recipients got. TY!
