Good day office of the CHED I'm Richard Aguinaldo, graduate of A.B Political Science and was a self support student when I was studying I would like to ask for help or an advice regarding my request for TOR since we believed that TOR is one of the primary requirements for employment but since I was a self support student unfortunately I'm still have a remaining tuition fee balanced from the university I graduated and it seems its necessary to pay the remaining balanced before requesting a TOR Hope to hear from you soon, thank you!!
