Good day! I would like to request a copy of my TOR and Honorable Dismissal if I can possibly get it from your good office. I am planning to enroll in a local community college in different city due to mental health problems, the colleges requires me to submit honorable dismissal and TOR as part of my enrollment as I am considered a transferee. When I tried to request for TOR in my previous college they won’t allow me because they wont/unable to release any TOR yet. Also I no longer lived and far from my old city. The school not responding thru online as well. Thank you.
