Good day Ma'am/Sir, I would like to ask some advise regarding my friend's case. He's a graduating student of PCU and will not be able to march today. He requested for his TOR but was denied due to unsettled balances. Just a note po- he's a self support student reason he can't pay on time univ fees. Since TOR's primary requirement for employment, what should he do aside from paying the whole balance to at least possess a copy of his TOR or what document can we request as equivalent of it? Please enlighten us. Employment is the only way for him to pay his balances. God bless.
