Hello Mam/Sir, Good day! I'm going to ask, Mom, what's right? I am a transferee student. I transferred here to a University near the place with us. it's just free. Just because my parents are poor. I persevered. I took the exam at the University here, I also passed the interview. I would like to enroll now, the problem is now I can't enroll because my TOR is still at my previous school. My school does not give TOR because they say that a request from here is required first if you want to enter the school. August 4 is the last enrollment. what do I need to do? Thank you!
