To whom it may concern I graduated from Pantay Integrated School formerly known as Pantay National High School in 2014 and needed a copy of my diploma and TOR for an application. However, I lost my copy due to flooding. May I know if I can request for another copy from the school or what steps should i take. Thanks, Allaine Cabrera
