I am writing this to seek guidance and assistance regarding my diploma and TOR request. I graduated last October 2015 from ACLC San Pedro and I still have not received my credentials. I went to the branch to request and was told that NCII was necessary, so I took one just recently and gave them the reference number. After giving the information they needed, they informed me that it will take over six months to get the requested credentials. I have no school balance and I was able to fulfill the necessary requirements. In the meantime, I requested a TOR and certificate of graduation instead so I can pursue my enrollment abroad but every time I follow up with them I don't seem to get a clear answer to when they can provide the documents I need. I hope you can help me with this concern as I will need those to study abroad this coming February 2023. Thank you, Gleyzie Tongo
