March 21, 2022.
Purpose: Kusog pera is asking me to pay money I did not use.
Date of Coverage: 03/01/2022 - 03/21/2022
Tracking no: #NBI-642311389524
Please investigate Kusog pera and GCASH because I sent back the money to Kusog pera lending inc.’s Grabpay account through GCASH. The problem is they keep calling me threatening to pay the money in which I insist that I didn’t use because I sent it back to them the same day they disbursed it since there’s no option to cancel on their app and even tried calling they customer support numbers but can’t be reached. So I messaged their messenger customer support asking how will i sent it back to them. So they gave me the KUSOG PERA LENDING INC Grabpay account.
