Response to your request After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Republic Act (RA) No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website. You can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module.
