Your request You asked for TIN VERIFICATION SLIP. Response to your request After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by Republic Act (RA) No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You may do any of the following: In reply, you can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph. You may also visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) in your area to personally verify your information and bring two (2) Valid Government IDs to avail TIN Verification Slip with stamp.
