Hi. I would like to request for the TIN number of Christina B. Banzon of San Jose Balanga Bataan with bday at 1977/06/16. I am filing for the CGT for the parcel of land I bought. BIR Form 1706 asks for her TIN. I asked her and her employee said that I could just verify it at BIR.
