Your request You asked for Tin Id Number Request. Response to your request After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the following reasons: The request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.); and TIN and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website. In relation to this, you may do either of the following: You may visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.D.s containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity for validation purpose. Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs can be found in the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links. If the request is made through representative, a Special Power of Attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative and the principal shall be presented. You may also adopt Other Measures to ensure that Section 270 of the 1997 Tax Code, as amended, and Republic Act 10173 are not violated. TIN Inquiry and/or Validation are now available through Chatbot-Revie which can be accessed thru the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph). Thank you.
