Good day! I hope all is well with you. I would just like to verify my TIN Number and what RDO it belongs/registered to. Where can I send my TIN Number and my Personal Information if needed? Thanks.

September 17, 2020 Dear Rey Ann Rose Alferez, I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2020 09:14:18 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TIN Number and RDO Verification.
