Hi! I want to ask for the following information: 1) Is the application for TIN ID free for a "First Time Jobseeker"? 2) what are the requirements for first-time jobseeker applying for TIN ID. Hoping to get an answer as soon as possible
November 21, 2023 Dear Mr. Sanchez: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 18, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for TIN ID application first time jobseeker. Response to your request In reply, to get a TIN Card, visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered and submit the following requirements: 1. Duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905-Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation; 2. 1 copy of 1x1 ID Picture (to be pasted on the TIN Card in the presence of BIR Personnel); 3. Any government-issued ID of the taxpayer No Authorized representative shall be allowed to secure TIN Card on behalf of the taxpayer, except for special cases approved by the Revenue District Officer (example: Senior Citizens or Persons With Disabilities) upon presentation of a Special Power of Attorney (SPA). In case of re-issuance due to damaged or lost TIN Card, an Affidavit of Loss and P100.00 replacement fee shall be submitted/paid in the RDO. Thank you.
