Hi! I'm Adelfa C. Arcenal with TIN# 399-705-499-0000 and I'd like to request for TIN Verification slip or certificate. I'd also like to know if it's possible to get a TIN ID online. Thank you!
October 25, 2023 Dear Ms. Arcenal: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 24, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for TIN. Response to your request In reply, please be informed of the following: 1. TIN Verification - you may use Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module which can be accessed at the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph. 2. TIN Verification Certificate - you may visit the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) to personally verify your information and bring two (2) Valid Government IDs to avail TIN Verification Slip with stamp. 3. TIN ID Card - visit the RDO where you are registered and submit the following requirements: > Duly accomplished BIR Form 1905- Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation; > 1 copy of 1x1 ID Picture (to be pasted on the TIN Card in the presence of BIR Personnel); and > Any government issued ID. Or you may want to try securing your Digital TIN ID through Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) at the BIR Website (https://orus.bir.gov.ph). Account enrollment in ORUS is required in order to avail of the Digital TIN ID starting October 26, 2023. Thank you for availing our services.
