Good day, NEDA!

I am conducting a research on the incentives granted by the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) to its locators or registered business entities (RBEs). I requested from them but unfortunately they uncooperatively replied to seek it from your good Office. With this, i would like to request raw data submitted by APECO on the following for years 2009-2018:

1) Total amount of approved investments;
2) Type and total amount of fiscal incentives claimed;
3) Direct jobs generated per year;
4) Total value of imports; and
5) Total value of exports.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office is not the legal custodian of the requested documents, hence, we have no authority to disclose the same. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
