I wish to request for the Standard Timeline of the PRC for Actions pertaining to Cases Filed thru their Office on complaints on Illegal Practice of Architecture.
The United Architects of the Philippines - Special Committee on Illegal Practice filed a complaint dated October 12, 2018 and received by the PRC on October 18, 2018.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know if the data you are looking for is the timeline for filling a case or the timeline on the processing of filed case .
If it's the timeline for filing a case, you may refer to citizen's charter under Legal and Investigation Division posted to PRC Official website, www.prc.gov.ph or https://www.prc.gov.ph/citizens-charter.

I refer to my letter of Nov 05, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TIMELINE FOR FILLING A CASE ON ILLEGAL PRACTICE OF ARCHITECTURE. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 28, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
