Hello! When I was done typing here in my FOI Request, the moment that I clicked 'Send My Request' button, it suddenly refreshed and notified that I make a new one, which was painstakingly burdensome or **** in short. Maybe it was an imposed time limit to type the request or a bug, I dunno. Hope for a speedy explanation. I print screened and sent the image of the error page, for you to know what it looks like.
January 6, 2017 Dear Eric Brian Gamboa, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 24, 2016 03:32:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for TIME LIMIT (OR BUG) IN FOI WEBSITE. Response to your request This is not a bug on the eFOI website, the eFOI system has strict security measures in place and one of them is session limit and cookies. The system automatically checks for user inactivity and if such behavior is observed, the security measures is triggered. Another reason is that the user is using Private Browsing (Incognito Mode), may we suggest that the user must login in normal mode because the eFOI system relies on browser cookies for user enhancements and other data. Should you have more queries regarding the FOI site, you may send an email at [email protected]. Thank you. Respectfully, Danica Orcullo FOI Officer
