Good day! I am writing in behalf of my cousin Francis Mogate Gevero. He is unable to pay amount of borrowed money from a certain lending company and he started receiving threats (such as posting his face and name on social media to inform everyone that he is not paying the borrowed money). This so called collectors even started to message some of his close friends. What can my cousin do for them to stop this kind of harassment? Can he even file a complain against this people? What will be his rights in this case?
