Hi I would like to request information according to the Attached File below. My Father was given a threat yesterday and we would like to request the Location or any information about the sender so we can report it directly to the police.

Response to Request: In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Text Message (Text Spam, Text Scam, Illegal/Obscene Text Message, THREATS and other related Items.)
