Hi. I'm Arlene Joy Grana, a fifth year architecture student from RTU Mandaluyong, Boni Campus. In accordance to my thesis requirements, I would like to request of the following : • Minimum Salary Grade of staff/ employee • Minimum Salary for Private Sector staff/ employee • Organization chart per department of different industries. Please find the attached Current Daily Minimum Wage Rates for the private sector as of September 2018 in good order for your perusal. For the minimum salary grade of staff/employee, you may refer to the Department of Budget and Management or visit their website at https://www.dbm.gov.ph or thru tel. no. 657-3300.
