Hi!
I would like to request the pre-feasibility studies (PFS) or any other related materials giving information of the approved Virology Institute of the Philippines. The PFS or any other pertinent documents that may explain:
1.) Organizational structure
2.) Staffing in the departments and offices; its scale, function, program, etc.
3.) Mission vision
4.) Target Users
5.) Space programming and requirements
6.) Budgeting
7.) Any other information relating to its infrastructure and site develop
Your help would highly be appreciated for the fulfillment of my project. Thank you!

In order for us to work further on your request, may we request for a full copy of your student identification card showing your photo and personal details because what was submitted/posted in the FOI portal is just a portion of your ID and we can hardly read the details therein.

Dear Mr. Mark Joshua Lacson,
This is in relation to your FOI request for copies of the pre-feasibility studies or any other related materials giving information on the Virology Institute of the Philippines.
Please note that BCDA usually grants student to conduct researches on the condition that they will conduct their research within the BCDA premises due to the confidentiality of the documents commonly requested, which cannot be sent via electronic mail.
However, in view of the current covid-19 pandemic and the issuance by CHED of its Advisory No. 7 s. 2020, which suspends face-to-face meetings for students, the BCDA FOI Committee hereby temporarily suspends the grant of research requests until further notice.
Nonetheless, if you still wish to pursue your research, you are required to observe the following guidelines:
1. Only one (1) student is allowed and will be required to follow the BCDA Health Protocols for visitors.
2. Students are required to download the contract tracing app, i.e. StaySafePH.
3. Students are required to present his/her Vaccination card or Antigen Negative Test Results valid for 72 hours before he/she can be allowed to enter the BCDA office.
4. Compliance to social distancing, wearing of facemask all the time and body temperature screening inside BCDA.
5. Visitors who show signs of COVID-19 related symptoms such as cough, flu, high body temperature and sneezing are advised not to proceed at the BCDA office since they will not be allowed to enter BCDA premises.
